Fund Advisor Portal
The Fund Advisor Portal is where you will view your fund statements, grant or scholarship distribution history, and recommend grants if you have a donor advised fund.
If you have not set up your account, please contact the Community Foundation or call our office at 518.446.9638.
Procedures for Grant Payment
Grants are typically paid within one week of the Community Foundation’s receipt of your recommendation. Each grant check is sent to the recipient organization accompanied by customized letter with: the name of your fund, any grant instructions or restrictions and a check acknowledgement receipt. You will receive a letter from the Community Foundation listing the grant recommendations which have been approved and mailed.
