At the Community Foundation, we believe in the power of philanthropy to strengthen our community. We work alongside nonprofits to elevate their impact, providing resources, connections, and learning opportunities that enhance their ability to serve.
One of the key challenges nonprofits face is ensuring sustainable funding to advance their missions. That’s why we’re inviting you to a free virtual workshop focused on how to fund your organization’s priorities.
Comprehensive development plans ensure that time and effort are focused on the most productive activities—those designed to generate diversified revenue streams guided by broad‐based goals, SMART objectives, metrics, action steps, accountability, and timeframes.
In this interactive session, strategic thinker Nancy Preston will provide an overview of the critically important process of operational development planning that can (and should!) be embraced by everyone in the organization.
