The Joette P. Delia Curiano Scholarship was created to honor the memory of Joette P. Delia Curiano. Annual scholarships will be awarded from the fund to support students from select Capital Region high schools to attend a four-year college to pursue a nursing or health care degree. In accordance with the Foundation’s spending policy, scholarship funds will be drawn from the interest and will be made in perpetuity.
